Dave Scott

Jazz

Dave Scott is known in San Diego as the weekend meteorologist for KUSI-TV, but he is also a well-respected jazz musician and songwriter, performing with his quintet every Monday night at the top jazz club in San Diego "CROCE'S."
Every Friday evening he plays and sings at La Jolla's Restaurant to the Stars "Pasquale's on Prospect."

Dave has been playing and seriously studying the trombone since he was a boy, and has studied under the legendary Bill Watrous.

Dave's vocal style is compared to Frank Sinatra and Mel Torme, and his rich, soothing voice does great justice to his original pieces like "In a Fog," "Here Comes the Rain," and "When You're All Alone."
